Nostoi.ai is operated by Custom Artificial Intelligence Solutions (Pty) Ltd (trading as Custom AI Solutions), a private company registered in South Africa under number 2016/377651/07. Our address is Highwick Drive, Kenilworth, Cape Town, 7708, which is also our address for the service of legal documents. You can reach us at privacy@nostoi.ai, by telephone on 082 336 3759, or through the Contact channel published on Nostoi.ai. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Nostoi is an information and property-discovery platform. It is not the seller, landlord, conveyancer, lender, valuer, or estate agency, and it does not conclude sales or hold money for a transaction.

Listing data comes from agencies and their systems and may change. AI answers may contain errors and must be checked against the cited source and confirmed with the agent.

Nostoi's output helps you organise your search and see trade-offs. It is not legal, financial, or professional valuation advice. Check all property details, rates, taxes, and levies with the listing agent or a qualified professional before you transact.

Rankings are specific to your query. Paid placement is labelled and never changes a property's advisory fit or a warning.

Any cost estimates are non-binding illustrations, not a valuation, credit quote, or approval.

You must not upload unlawful or infringing material, or highly sensitive material that isn't needed for your enquiry. Nostoi may suppress listings, media, or accounts for fraud, safety, legal, or data-protection reasons.

If you believe a photograph, video or any other content on Nostoi infringes your rights, write to hello@nostoi.ai with the word RIGHTS in the subject line. You do not need a lawyer, and you do not need to be the seller or the agent. So that we can act on your notice, include: your full name and physical address; the listing address or link and exactly which item concerns you; what your right to it is; the statement 'I am acting in good faith, and the information in this notice is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct'; and your typed name at the end, which counts as your signature. We acknowledge every notice immediately with a reference, and where a notice is credible on its face we remove or disable the item within two to five business days — sooner where the law requires it. Knowingly misrepresenting a rights claim can make you liable for the damage it causes.

Where a conversation touches on safety, Nostoi may offer emergency or support contact details run by other organisations. Those details are checked by us on a recorded date and re-checked at least every three months, and we will correct one promptly if you tell us it is wrong. They are offered in case they are useful, never as advice about you, and we do not run those services: we cannot guarantee that a number is answered, that a service is still operating, or what it will do. In an emergency, call the national emergency number.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Custom AI Solutions is not liable for loss arising from listing data supplied by third parties, from AI output you did not verify with the agent or a professional, or from decisions you take to transact.

We may update these pages as the platform develops. The effective date above shows the current version; material changes will be signposted on the platform before they take effect.
